When you shop with Rivercity Furniture, every order is automatically covered against loss and damage in transit — at no extra cost to you.

If something goes wrong between our warehouse and your door, we'll make it right. Simple as that.


What's covered:

Lost in transit If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@rivercityfurniture.com.au within 30 days of dispatch and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no runaround, no waiting on the courier to resolve it first.

Damaged on arrival If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@rivercityfurniture.com.au with photos of the damage as soon as possible. We'll assess it straight away and arrange a replacement or refund. Please hold onto the original packaging in case we need the item collected — we'll cover any return shipping if so.


What's not covered:

If your order shows as delivered but has been stolen after drop-off, you'll need to lodge a report with the authorities and claim through your own home and contents insurance. Our couriers photograph every delivery, which can support your claim.


Plus a 12-month warranty on everything

Every furniture and homeware purchase also comes with a 12-month warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship — separate from and in addition to the Shipping Protection Promise.
