So in the unfortunate and rare event that your order does not get delivered, or if your order is damaged on arrival, we will replace or refund your order. Guaranteed.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If your order has not been delivered, you must contact us within 30 working days of dispatch at support@rivercityhouseandhome.com.au and we will arrange your replacement or refund if the courier will not cover it. 

If your order has been delivered, but is damaged on arrival then please send photographic proof and a description of the damage to support@rivercityhouseandhome.com.au as soon as possible for immediate assessment. 

If you claim a refund for an item damaged on arrival, please keep the original boxes as we may need to have the item sent back to us for inspection (at our cost)

Our couriers take photographic proof of delivery, so if your item was delivered but then stolen, you will need to contact the authorities to lodge a report for theft and claim via your own insurance. 

For everything else, we offer a 12 month warranty on all furniture and homewares for added peace of mind.
